    AES PTO Cereal Drive

Did you know there are 68 hours from the time students leave on a Friday afternoon until they return to school on Monday morning? Some student here and throughout the country may experience food insecurities and may not have enough to eat during those times when away from school. The AES PTO will be sponsering a cereal drive to provide boxes of cereal to End 68 Hours of Hunger. We are trying to collect enough boxes to create a domino run around the school. There will be boxes for collections at the Bank of New Hampshire in Antrim, Rick and Diane's and at AES. Please feel free to advertise this on your social media accounts, share with friends and family in our town and beyond. Help us, help End 68 Hours because they do so much for so many.

100th Day Milestone Reached at AES

AES students took advantage of celebrating the 100th day in school. There were many activities in classrooms, all centered around the number 100. Some 2nd graders even dressed up as what they thought a 100 year old person might look like.

  • Lunch with Lions
    Feb 10, 2025 · Antrim Elementary School

AES Eagles are visited by Antrim-Bennington Lions

We may be the AES Eagles but once a week, volunteers from the Antrim -Bennington Lions Club come in and share lunch with students from AES. They eat lunch with a small group each week in the library. Students are selected on a rotating basis so all can have the opportunity to "Lunch with the Lions". Students are able to visit with the Lions and learn about other people in our community. This is a highlight of the week for students.

About

Our Vision

In the ConVal community, all learners will achieve academically, act thoughtfully, and contribute to the larger society.

Our Mission

In keeping with our Antrim Elementary School vision statement that kindness, respect, honesty, cooperation, and grit are central to our success as a community of learners, the mission of the A.E.S. universal team is to promote these values by:

  • Gathering evidence of behavior

  • Maintaining a common language

  • Supporting the values with clear, consistent rules and logical consequences

  • Providing a safe and caring learning environment

The overall goal of our Universal Team is to create and maintain a school climate that encourages optimal safety and learning by modeling for students, specific examples of what it is to be kind, respectful, honest, cooperative, and show grit. Once the behaviors and attitudes associated with our expectations are taught, we recognize students for exhibiting these positive skills in a variety of ways.
