About

Our Vision

In the ConVal community, all learners will achieve academically, act thoughtfully, and contribute to the larger society.

Our Mission

In keeping with our Antrim Elementary School vision statement that kindness, respect, honesty, cooperation, and grit are central to our success as a community of learners, the mission of the A.E.S. universal team is to promote these values by:

  • Gathering evidence of behavior

  • Maintaining a common language

  • Supporting the values with clear, consistent rules and logical consequences

  • Providing a safe and caring learning environment

The overall goal of our Universal Team is to create and maintain a school climate that encourages optimal safety and learning by modeling for students, specific examples of what it is to be kind, respectful, honest, cooperative, and show grit. Once the behaviors and attitudes associated with our expectations are taught, we recognize students for exhibiting these positive skills in a variety of ways.
