A Message from the Principal
Welcome 2025-2026 School Year
Dear Antrim Elementary School Community,
Welcome to Antrim Elementary School (AES) and the start of the 2025–2026 school year! I am honored to serve as principal of such a vibrant and caring school community, where students are celebrated for who they are and supported in becoming who they wish to be. Our dedicated staff and I are looking forward to another year filled with meaningful learning, growth, and connection.
At AES, we are proud of our long-standing tradition of serving generations of families in our community. We are committed to inspiring a love of learning, fostering curiosity, and empowering our students to make a positive impact in their world. While we could settle for good, we continually strive for greatness—because our students deserve nothing less.
Strong relationships are the foundation of everything we do. We work hard to ensure that every child feels seen, valued, and supported. Our team of experienced educators is passionate about creating engaging, inclusive, and rigorous learning opportunities for all learners. We embrace the diversity within our school as a strength and are united by a shared mission: to provide a safe, joyful, and equitable learning environment where every student can thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.
This year, we will continue to integrate academic instruction with social-emotional and behavioral learning. We believe that when students feel connected to themselves, to others, and to their community, they are best positioned for success. We are also thrilled to welcome back our families, volunteers, community partners, and residency programs that enrich our school experience.
Please take time to review the Antrim Elementary School Handbook, which includes important information specific to AES, along with ConVal School Board policies. The handbook serves as a helpful guide for families and outlines the procedures that keep our school running smoothly. If you have any questions after reading it, don’t hesitate to reach out.
I truly look forward to partnering with you this year. Whether through a quick email, a phone call, or a conversation at drop-off, I welcome your ideas, feedback, and collaboration. Please feel free to contact me anytime at bgibney@conval.edu or by phone at (603) 588-6371.
Let’s work together to make this an exceptional year of growth, discovery, and joy for your children.
Warm regards, Beth Gibney Principal, Antrim Elementary School
